Magneite alumina spinel brick
Introduction:
Magnesite-alumina spinel brick is a high-grade alkaline refractory brick with periclase and spinel as the main mineralogical. It is formed by high-pressure molding and high-temperture sintering. In order to improve the thermal shock resistance of the magnesite brick, alumina or bauxite clinker fine powder is introduced into the furnish to form a magnesium aluminum spinel matrix, then a magnesite-aluminum brick is finished.
Advantages:
Good thermal shock resistance and high refractoriness under load
Application:
Glass melting furnace, cement rotary kiln, the roof of open hearth and reverberatory
